My name is Jodie, I love photography. It’s not until just recently that I have chosen to take this up academically. For me that was the way for me to get the most knowledge out of people in the industry. I wouldn’t say i’m there yet, but I am certainly on my way, trying to improve every time.

I have a passion for photographing, food and people. I grew up in the food industry learning all there is to know about it, I love to photograph it at the best quality it can be. I also love photographing weddings, being a part of someones memorable day and creating the memories for them . I always aim to capture the emotions and moments that tell a story. I am definitely more drawn to those candid moments, those small intimate moments between family members, husband and wife or even the children, I feel that these show the most emotion and storytelling of all.
